• Customer service and guest experience – deliver high standard of customer service to make the visit memorable
• Sales, Ticketing & Commercial Awareness – sell tickets, assist with bookings, upsell and drive sales
• Bar, Retail & Photography Operations – serve drinks and food; assist with stock deliveries; engage guests in photography moments
• Operations & Venue Management – maintain cleanliness and monitor guest flow
• Health, Safety & Compliance – prioritise safety , support fire evacuation, report incidents
