Please join us in congratulating Ollie, who has successfully completed his probation period and is now a permanent, full-time employee at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in Westminster.
Ollie was EmployAble’s first candidate, after being referred to us by Work Avenue in November 2024. With support from EmployAble, after almost a year of looking for work, he secured a one-year fixed-term role as a Registration Advisor at The Health and Care Professions Council.
When that came to an end, capitalising on his experience of regulatory processes gained in his first job, Ollie found a new position as a Qualifications Administrative Coordinator at ICE, which started in March this year and has now been made permanent.
Ollie said: “I still can’t believe it! I passed my probation period with all positive feedback. I’m now a full-time employee!
“Thank you to EmployAble for everything you do. I will be on hand any time you need me to advise other EmployAble job seekers of the steps to take to get a full-time permanent job in the City of London as a neurodivergent individual.”
