Join us in congratulating Dora, who has just started her new role as a Warehouse Operative with Provide Community at West London Business Park.

A big shout-out to Joe Coogan (Delivery Manager and Provide Community COO), jason maginnes (Dora’s Manager) and Jemo (her Team Leader) for helping to make this opportunity possible.

And a special mention to Sujata, who will be there to guide and support her through the early part of her journey, until she feels comfortable working independently.

Our Job Coach Essey Solomon said: “I have been so impressed by Dora’s work buddy Sujata, who has shown such enthusiasm, dedication and a strong desire to support neurodiverse colleagues.

“Moreover, the team surrounding Dora is very collaborative, motivated and, most importantly, aware of how individuals with learning disabilities operate and express great empathy towards her.”
