Pathway to Employment

If you are autistic or learning disabled and WANT to work, we will support you every step of the way into and in employment and beyond.

The steps:

  • Getting Ready for Work
    We will get to know you and what matters to you.
  • Job Matching
    We will support you to find a job that matches your interests and skills and can meet your needs.
  • Recruitment Support
    We ensure the recruitment process is adjusted to give you the best possible chance.
  • Job Placement
    We will ensure the prospective workplace is suitable for you.
  • Access to Work
    If you need in-work support, we will help you apply for a grant
  • In-work Support
    Once in the job, we will continue to support you as required.
  • Job Clubs
    Monthly clubs at EmployAble hubs.
  • Courses
    Goals Course and Employability Course.
To access our services, you are required to pay a one off commitment fee of £100.
