We work with your business to identify and subcontract a job role, commercial task or function that can be efficiently delivered by an EmployAble supported employment team.

Support a Business within a Business

An innovative hassle free model for employers

EmployAble works with the host business to identify and subcontract a job role or part thereof; or a commercial task or function that can be efficiently delivered by an EmployAble supported employment team. We manage the operation and employ the candidates directly at the going rate, typically sharing each role between two or three people to maximise coaching efficiency.

This model removes the entirety of the management and HR burden from the host business.

To operate this model for...

  • 3 hours per week requires project funding of £2,700 per year
  • 6 hours per week requires project funding of £5,400 per year.
  • 9 hours per week requires project funding of £8,100 per year.
  • 12 hours per week requires project funding of £10,800 per year.
