This role is in a hospital setting supporting departments across the hospital with portering, security, patient transport and logistics duties, helping to ensure services run safely, smoothly and efficiently at all times.

• Provide a porter/security service to include delivery/collection of mail, linen, drugs and other items as requested
• To assist patients with luggage and to escort them to their rooms
• To check gauges and storage of gas bottles, changing them as necessary
• To inform patients of room facilities during room orientation

• Previous Porter experience is essential
• SIA License is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy loads
